First you decide which work area is best for you. A semi private workstation, or a shared open workspace.

Then you complete a short form where you choose a plan according to how many hours you will be using the space. We recommend starting with HotDesk 20 or HotDesk Light 10.

Once you have chosen and paid for your plan (we accept Visa and Mastercard) you will be provided with your own Member Login account which will allow you to make on-line reservations at your convenience.

Our on-line reservation system makes it easy to see which hotdesks are available (you may have a favourite place you like to sit) and how many hours you have used to date.

When you arrive to use the HotDesk area, simply check in with our friendly receptionist and you are ready to go.

HotDesk is a brand new workplace overlooking Vancouver's downtown skyline featuring fully networked open-plan workstations, touch-down points, and a comfortable lounge - available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Each HotDesk is a fully equipped ergonomic workstation in an open plan environment which has been specifically designed for today's modern worker. Workstations have broadband access, a VOIP phone, filing space available and access to printing, faxing, and scanning equipment. Touch-down points feature smaller work areas with broadband access and are intended for clients who only require a short term workspace.

You can be working in a professional environment for as little as $5.00 per hour.
