First you decide which work area is best for you. A semi private workstation, or a shared open workspace.

Then you choose a plan according to how many hours you will be using the space. We recommend starting with HotDesk 20 or HotDesk Light 10.

Once you have chosen and paid for your plan (we accept Visa and Mastercard) you will be provided with your own Member Login account which will allow you to make on-line reservations at your convenience.

Our on-line reservation system makes it easy to see which hotdesks are available (you may have a favourite place you like to sit) and how many hours you have used to date.

When you arrive to use the HotDesk area, simply check in with our friendly receptionist and you are ready to go.

HotDesk is a shared workplace overlooking Vancouver's downtown skyline featuring open-plan workstations and a comfortable lounge - available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

HotDesk includes free wireless high speed internet access, free on-site parking, access to a phone, filing space if needed, as well as access to printing, faxing, and scanning equipment.
